We create your order FAST but we're a very small shop...not a big factory :) Time between when you place your order and receive it is around 10 BUSINESS days with the Basic shipping.

If you need your order in less than 10 BUSINESS days from now (M-F not including weekends/holidays) and are more than 100 miles from our home in Chattanooga TN, we strongly recommend that you upgrade to AT LEAST Priority Shipping Service level.

Don't count on the delivery estimates by the platform (Etsy/Shopify) since shipping times vary greatly throughout the year. We can double check shipping times for you and advise if you need to upgrade shipping. Message us before placing the order with any shipping questions.

**The Basic shipping time can be up to 7 days in the U.S. AFTER we create your order.**

If we don't have your needed delivery date, we'll ship quickly using the shipping level you chose at checkout.

***Note that we don't control carriers so we can't guarantee a delivery date. Order early for best shipping options.***

Large Quantity Orders (weight) or Deliveries to Outlying US Locations (Ex: AK, HI, PR, USVI, GU) may require separate shipping quotes.

**Supplier Issues**

Some items may be a little different than photos shown due to delivery and supply challenges.

These issues are changing daily and we’re not able to change our photos to keep up.

Ex: Our custom clear bases may be substituted with color option or alternate design.
