We hand make your sign in our shop in Chattanooga TN. This is NOT a "Print on Demand" (POD) product where we just send your order to a factory somewhere in the world and hope they do it right. We check the quality at every step to make sure our signs are custom crafted to our standards and you are not disappointed.

18x12" - Standard

24x36" - Large

Note: The more guests you have, the smaller the text will be. Typical customers order 18x12" or 24x36". If over about 45 guests, highly recommend the 24x36" size.

The Wedding Seating Chart Signs we make are Premium Quality with WATERPROOF printing and UV Sealed on sturdy Coroplast® board. Good for Rain or Shine.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

Step 1: Select the Size of your sign

Step 2: Enter the Bride and Groom names, wedding date, and location if you wish.

Step 3: Place your order and either enter the names and table numbers. Or, ask us and we provide you with an email address to use to send us a document with names and table numbers (MS Word or MS Excel).

Step 4: We send a proof for review in 24 hours (be sure to check your messages).

We will set up your seating chart EXACTLY what you type in to the personalization box for the Names, Table Numbers, and Date. Please make sure your spelling and information is correct. Any additions to the name or any accidental misspellings from what was typed in (not by our mistake) will be an additional fee. If you have additional information you would like to add, we would ask if you could please message us so we can quote you on the difference prior to purchasing.

Shipping Info* please read

We create your order FAST but we're a very small shop...not a big factory :) Time between when you place your order and receive it is around 10 BUSINESS days with the Basic (free) shipping.

If you need your order in less than 10 BUSINESS days from now (M-F not including weekends/holidays) and are more than 100 miles from our home in Chattanooga TN, we strongly recommend that you upgrade to at least Priority Shipping Service level.

Don't count on the delivery estimates by Etsy/Shopify since shipping times vary greatly throughout the year. We can double check shipping times for you and advise if you need to upgrade shipping. Message us before placing the order with any shipping questions.

**The Basic (free) shipping time can be up to 7 days in the U.S. AFTER we create your order.**

If we don't have your needed delivery date, we'll ship quickly using the shipping level you chose at checkout.
