Sizes are measured from the Top of a Capital to the bottom of a lower case "y". Our intimate size is approximately 1.15" Medium is approximately 1.5" tall; Large is 2.5" tall.

Any of our sizes are Just the right statement for a table setting without being over-powering.

***Shipping and Delivery***

We recommend ordering at least 10 business days before your latest required delivery date. This allows for best options for shipping without expedite or rush fees.

The standard included shipping is for delivery 2-7 days AFTER your order has been created, processed, painted, and packed for shipping. The further away you are from our studio the longer it will take for your order to be delivered. Over 80% of our orders are ready to ship in under 3 business days and then we turn it over to U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx. We are not responsible for delivery timing by the carrier. If you have not received your package in 14 days after the provided tracking shows delivery please message us so we can assist with communicating with the carrier.

We create our name cards fast with over 80% of our names being ready to ship in 3 days. Many other ships don't ship for 2 to 3 WEEKS.

- Basic (included) Shipping is US Mail First Class/Ground Advantage and can be up to 7 days for delivery AFTER our creation time.

- Priority is 2 to 3 days to most areas of the country AFTER our creation time.

- Express is 1 to 3 days to most areas of the country AFTER our creation time; 2 days normally if you are within 50 miles of a major Metro Area.

IF you are ordering within 10 days of your event, it is strongly recommended that you upgrade shipping to Priority, Express, or Overnight. For precise costs for overnight, message us with your address.

We will ship your order as submitted. Correct shipping choice is your responsibility.

Need your order extra fast? We have options including Fast Track, Emergency Service, and Overnight Early AM delivery for additional fees.

We reserve the right to NOT accept changes to an order after it is placed other than a full cancellation and refund.

We process orders very quickly and there is often no time to adjust an order after it has been placed so that we can can meet all customer deadlines.

Colors and Wood - Color treatment takes at least one full day to cure. We strive to use the highest quality wood and paint treatment available for consistency and durability. However, given the worldwide supply constraints the colors and shade of the wood can vary from week to week. All are still beautiful but an order this week may not exactly match an order made a few weeks later. If you need something to match an earlier order please message us and we will do our best to adjust given our supply options. These are individual Art Creations with variations over time other than being beautiful, w can't guarantee a specific finish.

Each name cut from 1/8 inch superior wood product. 3" Max Height (from descenders to ascenders). The width of each name depends on the number of letters. Maximum of 12 characters per name. Longer names can be accommodated for a small fee. Message us in advance of the order.
