SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Tell us if you have a deadline delivery date.

• We create your order FAST but we're a very small shop...not a big factory :) Time between when you place your order and receive it is around 10 BUSINESS days with the Basic (free) shipping.

• If you need your order in less than 10 BUSINESS days from now (M-F not including weekends/holidays) and are more than 100 miles from our home in Chattanooga TN, we strongly recommend that you upgrade to at least Priority Shipping Service level.

• Don't count on the delivery estimates by Etsy since shipping times vary greatly throughout the year. We can double-check shipping times for you and advise if you need to upgrade shipping. Message us before placing the order with any shipping questions.

• The Basic (free) shipping time can be up to 7 days in the U.S. AFTER we create your order.**

• If we don't have your needed delivery date, we'll ship quickly using the shipping level you chose at checkout.

• PLEASE NOTE: We don't control carriers so we can't guarantee a delivery date. Order early for the best shipping options.

• Large Quantity Orders (weight) or Deliveries to Outlying US Locations (Ex: AK, HI, PR, USVI, GU) may require separate shipping quotes.
